domestic shipping

Final shipping day for 2022 is the 20th December 2022. 

Piped Dreams Studio will be closed from the 21st Dec 2022 till the 8th Jan 2023.

All domestic shipping rates are charged at a $12 flat rate for shipping within Australia. Shipping is free for orders over $200 within Australia.

As most pieces are fragile ceramic and unique pieces, I take a lot of care packing them properly. 

Purchases will be posted within 7 business days of your order being received.  If you need it pronto! please email me and I will arrange a faster delivery option for you.

international shipping

You can select the flat rate international  shipping of $30.00 AUD and if the shipping exceeds this amount I will email you to adjust the order.  We can figure it out together.

If you are interested in a piece and want it shipped internationally please email me so I can get you a quote.  I have successfully sent artworks all over the globe. 

backorder Items

Backordered items are made to order. This means that they will be made after your order is processed. I will endeavor to get these to you as soon as possible, but please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be shipped.

Please note that all my products are handmade and are therefore completely unique. Your purchase may differ slightly from the image.

returns

Unfortunately, all works are one-off pieces so returns or exchanges cannot be offered.

broken goods

Extra care is taken to wrap all Pipe Dream Studio pieces so that they arrive safely and intact. However, if your item arrives to you damaged please contact me within 24 hours with photographs of the damage (needed to claim delivery insurance). If I can replace it with something you are happy with, I will. Otherwise, I will refund your purchase in full.
